Full Yuh Belly, Jamaican cuisine by Shane, is a mobile Jamaican kitchen and cocktail bar on wheels. Our chicken and pork belly sit in homemade jerk marinade for 24 hours, then hit a real charcoal grill so every plate comes out smoky, sticky and loaded with flavour.
You will find us popping up at pubs, markets and festivals across the South West, or you can book the trailer for your own celebration. Every dish is cooked fresh, every time, and made with love.
